Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your use of hulenstreetstudios.com and to any recording session you book at Hulen Street Studios (the “Studio”). The Studio is owned and operated by Hulen Street Church, Fort Worth, Texas (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking a session or using the Studio, you agree to these Terms.

Bookings and payment

• Sessions are booked online through our scheduling provider (Calendly). Payment is processed by Stripe.
• Full payment is due at booking. A session is confirmed only after payment is completed and you receive a confirmation email.
• Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are governed by our Cancellation Policy.
• Prices are listed on our Pricing & Booking page and may change. Changes don’t affect sessions already paid for.

What a session includes

A session gives you use of the Studio and its installed equipment for your reserved time. A team member helps set up the equipment, checks your storage media, and gives you an orientation. After that, you record independently.

Sessions do not include a camera operator, producer, editing, post-production, file storage, or file delivery. You’re responsible for bringing compatible storage media and for confirming your recordings saved correctly before you leave. We are not responsible for lost, corrupted, or incomplete recordings, including those caused by storage media, equipment malfunction, or user error.

Participants

• Standard sessions accommodate up to three people. A fourth participant is permitted only by prior written arrangement with us.
• The person who books is responsible for everyone in their group, including guests’ conduct and compliance with these Terms.
• Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Using the Studio and equipment

• Please treat the Studio and its equipment with care. Don’t move, disconnect, or adjust equipment beyond what our team shows you, and ask if you need help.
• You’re responsible for damage to the Studio or equipment caused by you or your group, beyond normal wear.
• Sessions end at the scheduled time so the next booking can begin promptly.
• The Studio is located on a church campus. Smoking, vaping, alcohol, and illegal substances are not permitted.

Acceptable content

You’re responsible for the content you record and for having the rights to any music, media, or materials you use. You may not use the Studio to record content that is unlawful, defamatory, sexually explicit, harassing, or that promotes violence or hatred, or that infringes the rights of others.

We may decline or end a session that violates these Terms, without refund.

Your content

You own the recordings you make in the Studio. We don’t claim any rights to your content. We won’t photograph or record your session for our own marketing without your permission.

Safety and liability

You use the Studio at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hulen Street Church and its staff and volunteers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Studio or this website. Our total liability for any claim related to a session is limited to the amount you paid for that session.

Website use

The content on this website is provided for general information. We work to keep it accurate but can’t guarantee it’s always complete or current. Links to third-party sites (such as Calendly) are governed by those sites’ own terms and privacy policies.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time you book applies to your session.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
