Hulen Street Studios is owned and operated by Hulen Street Church in Fort Worth, Texas (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains what personal information we collect through hulenstreetstudios.com and our booking process, and how we use it.
Information we collect
When you book a session. Booking is handled by our scheduling provider, Calendly. We receive the information you enter there, including your name, email address, and your answers to booking questions: your business or podcast name, recording format, number of participants, what you’re recording, and your agreement to our policies.
When you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe through Calendly. We do not receive or store your full card number. We may see limited payment details, such as the amount, date, and last four digits of your card, so we can confirm bookings and issue refunds.
When you contact us. Our contact form collects your name, email, optional business or show name, topic, and message. Form submissions are processed and stored by our website host, Netlify, which also screens submissions for spam.
When you browse. Like most websites, our host may automatically log basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and performance.
How we use your information
- To schedule, confirm, prepare for, and support your recording session
- To process payments, cancellations, and refunds
- To respond to your questions
- To send booking-related messages such as confirmations, reminders, and preparation instructions
- To keep our website and studio secure
We do not sell your personal information. We won’t add you to a marketing list without your permission.
Service providers
We share information only with providers that help us run the studio, under their own privacy terms:
- Calendly: scheduling and booking
- Stripe: payment processing
- Netlify: website hosting and contact form processing
- Google: calendar used to manage studio availability
We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the safety of our guests, staff, and facilities.
How long we keep information
We keep booking and contact records only as long as needed for the purposes above and for reasonable record-keeping.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us. Some information held by Calendly or Stripe may be subject to their own retention requirements.
Children
Our website and booking process are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
