Cancellation Policy

We know plans change. This policy explains how payments, cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds work for sessions at Hulen Street Studios. You’ll be asked to agree to it when you book.

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking. Payments are processed by Stripe through our scheduling provider, Calendly. Hulen Street Studios does not receive or store your full card details. Your session is confirmed only after payment is completed and you receive a confirmation email.

Sessions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance.

If you cancel

• More than 48 hours before your session: 75% refund of the amount paid.
• Between 24 and 48 hours before: 50% refund of the amount paid.
• Less than 24 hours before: no automatic refund.

Timing is measured from your scheduled start time, in Central Time. To cancel, use the cancellation link in your confirmation email.

Rescheduling

Each booking includes one complimentary reschedule when requested at least 48 hours before your scheduled start time. Use the reschedule link in your confirmation email. Changes requested with less notice, or beyond the complimentary reschedule, are treated as a cancellation under the terms above.

If we cancel

If Hulen Street Studios needs to cancel your session for any reason, such as equipment failure, facility issues, or severe weather, we’ll contact you as soon as possible, and you may choose either a full refund or a new session time at no additional cost.

How refunds are processed

Refunds are not automatic. When you cancel, our team reviews the cancellation and issues any refund you’re eligible for manually through Stripe, to the original payment method. We’ll email you once your refund has been issued. Your bank may take several additional business days to show the refund on your statement.

Late arrivals & no-shows

Sessions end at the scheduled time so the next guest can begin on schedule, so arriving late shortens your session.

If you don’t arrive for your session, it is treated as a cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice.
