These are the minimum specs, and faster or larger cards work too. Bring more capacity than you think you need, since separate 4K files take far more space than a single 1080p recording. We check your media during setup before you start.

- Payment
- Full payment is due when you book. Card payments are processed by Stripe, so we never see your card number.
- Advance notice
- Book at least 48 hours ahead. Live availability appears in the booking calendar.
- Rescheduling
- One complimentary reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice.
- If we cancel
- If we ever need to cancel, you choose a full refund or a new time at no cost.

We only ask for what we need to prepare your session. Payment is handled securely by Stripe.

Booking FAQs
How do I book a session?
Choose a session on our Pricing & Booking page, pick an open time, answer a few quick questions, and pay online. Scheduling runs through Calendly and payment through Stripe. Your confirmation and preparation instructions arrive by email as soon as you book.
Do I pay in advance?
Yes. Full payment is due when you book. Payment is processed securely by Stripe through our scheduling system, and Hulen Street Studios never sees or stores your card number.
How far ahead do I need to book?
Book at least 48 hours in advance. Sessions are available Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Central Time. The calendar on our booking page shows real, live availability.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel more than 48 hours before your session, you receive a 75% refund. Between 24 and 48 hours, you receive 50%. With less than 24 hours' notice, there is no automatic refund. If we ever have to cancel, you choose a full refund or a new time. Refunds are issued by our team, not automatically. Read the full Cancellation Policy.
Can I reschedule?
Yes. Each booking includes one complimentary reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice. Use the reschedule link in your confirmation email.
What storage media should I bring?
It depends on your recording format. These are the minimum specs:
- Audio recording: a microSDXC card, 64 GB or larger (SanDisk Ultra microSDXC or faster).
- 1080p switched video: a portable USB-C SSD, 1 TB or larger (Samsung T7 Portable SSD or faster).
- Separate 4K camera files: an SDXC card rated Class 10 with the U3 or V30 logo for the Sony a7 III; a microSD card rated U3 / V30 for each DJI Osmo Pocket camera; a microSDXC card, 64 GB or larger, for your audio on the RØDECaster Pro II.

How should I prepare?
Bring your storage media, your outline or notes, and any guests. Plan to arrive a few minutes early. Our Before Your Session guide covers what to wear, what to bring, and how to get the most from your two hours.
